Just had a whirlwind weekend with my family in Atlanta for the niece’s wedding.  I officiated as I mentioned before and it was so funny.  Everything that could go wrong did and we all made the best of it.

I mean it’s really just all about witnessing a commitment, right?  When you get right down to it, the pomp and circumstance is all fluff and smoke and mirrors.

This got me thinking about our commitment to our business as Epic listing agents.

Are you really committed to your business?

Are you really willing to do whatever it is to 10X your listings and your income?

Are you really ready to work those long hours when need be?

I was talking to a coaching client last week who was thinking about buying into the Top Producer Blueprint program and working with me to 10X their business. 

And I told them no, I wouldn’t work with them.

Without going into details, she clearly demonstrated to me that she wouldn’t put the time and effort into the course.  She had excuses up the wazoo about why her listing business isn’t going to work.

I can’t be around people like that. 

They ultimately get you into a negative space which really sucks up your energy.

I want to be around people that are committed to doing what needs to be done to make their Epic listing business ROCK!

So take stock of your life, what is your mission, what is your goal with your listing biz.

Are you committed?

Will you do what needs to be done this year to rock it out?
