Do This One Thing For The Best Listings In January

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the U.S.  My partner is from Brazil, which of course doesn’t celebrate Thanksgiving and he doesn’t like turkey.  So, Thanksgiving isn’t a big deal in our house.  Ces’t la vie!

As Agent’s Unleashed, we have a huge challenge now with the holidays here.

Keeping your head in the game.

What with all the food, time off and booze, now is the time of the year to really stay focused so that you start out 2020 with a bang. 

It’s so easy to get caught up in the machinations of the holidays and then realize you didn’t do any prospecting for new listings and your pipeline drys up.

One year I took off between Thanksgiving and New Years and I woke up in January with NO business.  My year took forever to recover from that.

One thing I do is create a schedule for myself which isn’t complicated at all.  Let me know if you want to see my schedule by clicking here.

And then I commit to the schedule allowing myself fun time off on the appropriate days.  I will then take off from Christmas to New Year. 

But up until Christmas, I am working my schedule.

Until you take time off for the holidays, you should be calling your SOI and wishing them happy holidays.

You should be working and finishing your 2020 business plan.

You should be seriously watching your food and drink intake.

You should be staying healthy and working out.

You should be staying focused so you hit the ground running in January.
