Back from Detroit and in the saddle now, looking to have a powerful week. So much to do before we head back to Panama in two weeks!
And I was talking to a new member of the “Collective”, who to me personifies being a go-getter in real estate. Even though he has only been in the business for a short time, he is an Unleashed listing agent already smashing all of his previous records consistently.
He understands and employs one of the best brain hacks one can have in their arsenal to get listings. It’s the Law of Attraction (LOA) and one of its basic tenets.

You see, employing the LOA is amazing. Visualizing what you want, getting emotional about that visualization and doing this with passion and consistency will get you exactly what you want in life.
If you want more listings, done!
If you want a higher price point, done!
If you want nicer clients, done!
BUT only if you follow it all up with ACTION!
Wishing for something without taking action is like wishing to win the lottery without buying a ticket.
I dramatically increased my listing price this year because, using the LOA, I visualized, meditated on it and journaled about it. AND I also acted on it by changing my prospecting techniques to match my thoughts.
So if you want more listings, better listings, better clients, more commission income, use the LOA correctly.
Don’t just wish. Do.
