I just sold a large significant home in San Francisco for $4.2 million and believe it or not, the buyers will probably spend about $1,000,000 remodeling it…..crazy no?  Some people have crazy money!

I love talking about this.  I’ve had a blog for a long time.  I do it because I love writing AND I am under the mistaken belief that people like to hear my crazy-ass personality.

But a blog does have certain benefits, one of which are my two favorite words: cheap and easy.

The other benefits include:

• Refining your writing skills.
• Express yourself and your passions.
• Sharing your knowledge.
• Build your network.
• Get more exposure.
• Become the authority.
• Market yourself.

I am sure there are other benefits as well.  When you can write a blog and then share it on social media, you just never know who you are going to reach.  

I have made some pretty good money and made some amazing contacts with my blog.  You can do the same.

So start your blog and become THE real estate expert in your area!

And did I mention it’s cheap and easy?   🙂
