OMG, we listed a San Francisco that needs EVERYTHING done to list it for sale.  I have never seen such a dump!  Good news is that the seller is doing everything we said.  I love it when people do what I say!  (I won’t go any further on that topic….LOL!)

You know one crazy idea for you to get more listings is to become an expert in the eyes of your sellers.  Want to know a great way to do this?

Write a blog.

I have had a blog for a long time.  I do it because I love writing AND I am under the mistaken belief that people like to hear my crazy-ass personality.

But a blog does have certain benefits, one of which are my two favorite words: cheap and easy.

The other benefits include:

• Refining your writing skills.
• Express yourself and your passions.
• Sharing your knowledge.
• Build your network.
• Get more exposure.
• Become the authority.
• Market yourself.

I am sure there are other benefits as well.  When you can write a blog and then share it on social media, you just never know whom you are going to reach.  

I have made some pretty good money and made some amazing contacts with my blog.  You can do the same.

So start your blog and become the real estate expert in your area!

And did I mention it’s cheap and easy?
