Just getting ready to join my mastermind group in Connecticut which I am super excited about.  This time (we meet a few times a year), there will only be about 20 of us and we do hot seats where we each get up in front of others and talk about our biggest business problem and we all offer suggestions on how to fix it or address it.

ALL of us Epic listing agents need to be doing this.

I have talked before about mastermind groups.  I am a HUGE proponent of them because they are super beneficial.

And my mastermind group participants are super committed to success and operate at a very high level.  These guys and gals make a hell of a lot more money than me and are loving their business models.

You should be a part of one as well! 

You can join the “Top Producer Collective” in which one aspect of our group is a mastermind where we have hot seats and help each other out.  Trust me, it’s a hell of a lot cheaper than what I pay for my mastermind.

Alternatively, do it yourself.  Find a small group of realtors in other marketplaces, 2-6 is ideal, and have a monthly call where you talk about your concerns, problems, wins, what’s working and what’s not working.

Getting answers to your questions isn’t the only benefit.  Hearing what others are going through and their solutions can be one of the greatest benefits of a mastermind.

Also, you get motivated, you get listing referrals, you get incented, you get energized and you make great friends!

In my last September Connecticut mastermind, one woman made one statement about her business that I applied to my business which increased my revenue by 20%!

I spent 8 hours in the group and 2 days traveling cross country and I can’t even tell you how much money it cost to get there. 

And yet, it was the greatest use of my time in my 3rd quarter last year!
