Now that the Labor Day weekend is over, it’s really back to work. So here it is, TWO POINTS I want to make today:
NUMBER ONE: I am working on some fun new projects, one of which is a change to our Top Producer Collective (TPC) program.
One aspect of the program that will change is that participation in the TPC will now be on an application basis and there will only be one participant for each marketing area.
So for referral purposes and for the unbridled exchange of information, there will only be one Epic listing agent in each city.
So if you want into the program and another listing agent is already in your market area, you will have to go on a waitlist.

NUMBER TWO: This is the perfect time to call this one group of people now that the holiday weekend is over.
Your SOI or sphere of influence.
This is the perfect time to reach out to your SOI now that “summer” is over and your friends, family and past clients are all now in “back to work” mode.
And it’s easy to call them now 5since you can ask them about their holiday, what they did, you can tell them what you did and watch them gradually unfold the conversation into real estate.
