This Is Your Most Important Appointment All Day

Just had a great prospecting session where I called and talked to past clients, probates, expireds and leads for about 2 hours.  And I got no appointments.  No listings.  Nadda.

And that’s ok.

Because I know that the energy I put out there each day to find listings will come back to me soon with a bomb-ass listing.

But here’s the thing.

You have to prospect daily, and I believe at the same time each day, to reap the rewards from the Universe (at the risk of sounding too airy-fairy).

I have talked to countless listing agents about their schedules and there is one universal truth, based on my non-statistical anecdotal research.

You have to create a prospecting routine.

At the same time, every day, 5 days a week.

And of course, the best time to do this?  First thing in the morning before the proverbial crap hits the fan.

I know I have talked about this before, but it’s critical to do this every day, no matter how busy you are.

You need to be ALWAYS filling your pipeline with new leads and appointments.

I prospect every day from around 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Am I perfect with this?  No.  But I am perfect about 80% of the time.

And when I don’t prospect.  I feel my day is not complete.  I don’t feel guilty, because I don’t do guilt, but that is another story.

So figure out a prospecting time that works for you.  Do it every day.  Cherish it.  Make it the most important task of your day.

Trust me, when you do this in the morning, great results or not, you will feel like a million bucks all day!
