There is no doubt that one of the most important things that people are attracted to is the “C” trait! 

And it’s the most important trait you need to have as an Unleashed listing agent. 

And get you mind out of the gutter! 

The word is confidence. 

This is a great trait at the beginning of a new year to cultivate.

When you meet with sellers, they want to know that you know what you are talking about and the underlying vibe you need to give off is one of confidence.  No one wants a wishy-washy listing agent.  That is NOT how you get listings.

Not feeling it?  Need some help in this area?

How about working out?  This is proven to give many of us more confidence.  Nothing like releasing all those endorphins to get you going in the right direction.

How about dressing better?  Studies have shown that the way you perceive yourself when dressed up can give you that extra boost you need to exhibit the big C.

How about learning some power poses before going into that listing appointment.  You have heard this can increase hormone levels by doing poses like outstretched arms with fists in the air.

There are all kinds of ways you can work on yourself to make yourself feel more confident.

I personally like to work out and eat clean so that my energy level is on high making me feel that I can accomplish anything.  This makes my mood a level 10.

So think about ways you can increase your confidence. 

Do the work since this is so key to your success as an Unleashed listing agent.
