I am visiting my parents in Detroit for my Mom’s knee surgery and to help out my Dad while she’s in the hospital.  Oh family, can’t live with them, can’t live without them!  And there is nothing like Detroit in December.  Ouch!

I was thinking, one of the things my parents always taught me was the importance of confidence in everything you do. 

And it will come as no surprise to you, that after polling all my girlfriends, many of whom are single, the one sexiest thing they find in a man is confidence.

So it goes without saying that, I believe, the most important trait in being an Epic listing agent is the big C word! 

When you meet with sellers, they want to know that you know what you are talking about and the underlying vibe you need to give off is one of confidence.  No one wants a wishy-washy listing agent.  That is NOT how you get listings.

Not feeling it?  Need some help in this area?

How about working it out?  This is proven to give many of us more confidence.  Nothing like releasing all those endorphins to get you going in the right direction.

How about dressing better?  Studies have shown that the way you perceive yourself when dressed up can give you that extra boost you need to exhibit the big C.

How about learning some power poses before going into that listing appointment.  You have heard this can increase testosterone levels by doing poses like outstretched arms with fists in the air.

There are all kinds of ways you can work on yourself to make yourself feel more confident.

I personally like to workout and eat clean so that my energy level is on high making me feel that I can accomplish anything.  This makes my mood level a 10.

So think about ways you can increase your confidence.  Do the work since this is so key to your success as an Epic listing agent.
