And there is one thing that is more important than ever during these crazy times so that we can be Unleashed listing agents.

Having a mentor/coach.

We are all entrepreneurs in this listing game we call our real estate business.  In other words, being an entrepreneur is also synonymous with being lonely.

Yes, it’s lonely because we essentially are running our own businesses as sole proprietors and most of us don’t really have to account to anyone.  

And the reverse of that, when there are problems in our business, we don’t have anyone to bounce ideas off and make us better and stronger.

And these days, it’s more important than ever to have someone to talk to.

Maybe it’s your office manager?  Or your realtor friend in another city?  Or an entrepreneur friend in another field?
