What a great morning today!  Just back from a 6 mile walk, meditated, yoga, healthy breakfast and called 22 contacts in my SOI (sphere of influence) checking in on them. Feeling like a badass now (until about 7 p.m. tonight when I hit a wall after getting up at “zero dark thirty”)!

And what I love doing is mixing up my SOI calls with something that is mightier than a sword!

I received one new listing in 2020 directly related to a hand note.

This seller was so impressed with my handwritten notes I had sent out to them.  They said they never receive notes in the mail.  See, the pen is mightier than the sword!

I send notes to probate attorneys after I talk to them.  I write the same thing every time.  “Thanks so much for your time on the phone.  Please remember me for any probate referrals you might have in the future.  Have a great weekend!”

Send them to your family.
