Hope you had a great weekend!  We had a great week last week, selling one of our listings, getting another one and still working like nuts to get a bunch of listings on in January.  

And on top of that, we left yesterday morning to go to Cartagena Colombia for a few days where I am now for my partner’s birthday.  Colombia is such a beautiful country and Cartagena is such cute colonial town….it has changed so much from the drug cartel days.

One of the things that I was thinking about this morning was the focus that is required to have a lot of balls in the air at any one time.  

What with our upcoming listings, health issues with my Dad and family back east and my crazy ass goals I have for the first half of 2022, it requires all my focus.  

Why am I telling you all this BS?

Focus is key if you want to be an Unleashed listing agent.

You have to find out what works for you to stay focused.

Especially when things don’t go your way.

I was talking to one Unleashed listing agent this week about how he has been in the dumps emotionally because a lot of things in his life are not going well.  He’s lost out on 2 listings, family members are having health issues and it’s easier to have a glass of wine at the end of the day to put his feelings out of misery.

When you’re in this state, it’s super hard to focus on your goals and visualize why and what you’re supposed to be doing in your business.

So find a way to circumvent your craziness when things go south in your life or when you’re crazy busy.  

For me, the only way to achieve that focus that I really need is to eat healthy, workout, and meditate….which leads me to have a great outlook/attitude which helps me focus.
