You Need These To Be A Successful Listing Agent

Just had an awesome morning prospecting for listings and found a seller from my old old old old expireds that is now finally going to be listing their house next month and they selected me.  Tenacity is all about staying in touch with your leads, even for FOUR years, like I did with this seller.

Wouldn’t usually work a lead for 4 years, but they are super sweet to me and always told me that I will be their listing agent if and when they sell.

There are many traits that make an Unleashed listing agent.  And I found this article online here that I think nicely sums it up.
