You Need This In Your Arsenal To Get Listings

I am doing a lot of client entertaining this week with lunches out and dinners at my house.  I am trying to figure out why I didn’t space this out a little better.  Hmmmm….

There is one thing we all need in our arsenal to become Agents Unleashed.

A good statement of qualifications.

Sometimes I call it a pre-listing package (I use the two terms interchangeably).   It’s important that you have this to answer a lot of questions about you so you don’t have to cover it in your listing presentation.

You know, things like your client testimonial, your marketing strategy, your resume, etc.

And I use it more than just for listing presentations.

I use it as a glorified business card as well.

I send it to new probate attorneys I have talked to instead of a business card.  I send it to listing prospects, referral sources, anyone who wants more information about me.

I had a weak lead from a friend who knew someone on a particular block was going to sell and didn’t know which home.  So I sent a statement of qualifications to everyone on that block.

So these are valuable tools you can use in a variety of ways.  Just make sure it looks professional, is on nice paper with nice formatting.
